Prepare a clear team brief
- Organisation: the school, club or team name and a contact person.
- Recipients: who will use the towels and for which activity.
- Quantity: your estimated number, including any towels needed for coaches or event staff.
- Branding: the club crest, sponsor logo, colours and any wording you would like to discuss.
- Timing: the event date and when the towels need to reach you.
- Delivery: the town or city where the order is required.
Coordinate artwork before confirming the order
If more than one person needs to review the design, nominate a contact who can collect their comments. Include all proposed logos in the first brief and ask which layout and branding options suit the selected towel. Suitable artwork, available colours, minimum quantities and lead times are confirmed for each enquiry.
